Printing United Expo 2025 sets new global benchmarks in Orlandox

Printing United Expo 2025, organised by Printing United Alliance, concluded its annual gathering in Orlando, Florida, from October 22–24 with record-breaking attendance, exhibitor participation, and show-floor activity. Recognised as the most comprehensive printing event in North America, this year’s Expo drew over 30,000 registered attendees from 104 countries, underscoring its growing global influence.

The Orange County Convention Center hosted 838 exhibitors across one million square feet of sold show space, showcasing the full spectrum of print, commercial, packaging, wideformat, apparel, labels, industrial, and functional printing. The show floor featured 4.7 million pounds of equipment, hundreds of new technologies, and several global product launches, making it one of the most dynamic editions to date.

“Printing United Expo continues to prove that the printing industry is vibrant, evolving, and full of opportunity,” said Ford Bowers, CEO of Printing United Alliance. Exhibitors reported strong engagement and brisk business activity across all three days.

Education and knowledge-sharing were major highlights, with more than 100 sessions covering market trends, workflow automation, sustainability, and emerging technologies. Media presence was strong as well, with nearly 60 outlets in attendance, including 50 top global media organisations at the pre-show Media Day on October 21.

The Expo also emphasised industry development and inclusivity. Over 60 students joined the annual Student Day, organised with the Print & Graphics Scholarship Foundation (PGSF), while the Women in Print Alliance luncheon drew more than 300 attendees.

Chris Curran, Group President of Media and Events at Printing United Alliance, noted that this year’s show demonstrated the true convergence of print. “From AI to automation and sustainability, every corner of the show floor was power-packed with solutions driving print forward,” he said.

The momentum now shifts to Printing United Expo 2026, scheduled for September 23–25 in Las Vegas, with 65% of the show floor already sold.
