
Digital Imaging Graphics Arts Forum
(DIGAF), a Sumi Publications initiative
and a new chapter for digital print
collaboration and creativity, was
formally launched at the Digital Print
Asia 2025 Summit, held on 21–22
August 2025 in Jaipur, India. The
launch took place in the presence of
more than 250 distinguished
delegates, representing Original
Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs),
Channel Partners, Print Service
Providers (PSPs) and allied industry
stakeholders.
DIGAF has been established as a
dedicated platform to bring together
the entire digital printing ecosystem.
Conceived as a forum for
collaboration, knowledge exchange,
and growth, DIGAF aims to strengthen
interaction across the value chain,
from technology providers to end
users. Its activities will include
seminars, roadshows, open houses,
publications, and networking events,
all designed to advance digital printing
technologies and applications.
With India witnessing one of the
fastest adoption rates of digital printing
technology globally, the establishment
of DIGAF comes at a pivotal time.
Digital printing is transforming not only
traditional commercial printing but also
packaging, publishing, labels, and
marketing services.
Speaking at the launch, Veerendra
Malik, Convenor of DIGAF, said:
“The Forum will offer a platform to all
engaged in digital printing, from OEMs
to Print Service Providers, Advertising
Agencies to Brand Owners, to come
together and share knowledge for the
development and furthering of Digital
Printing Technology and Applications.”
The enthusiastic participation at the
launch event underscored the
industry’s recognition of the Forum’s
relevance and timeliness, reflecting a
shared commitment to strengthening
the digital printing ecosystem.
Membership to DIGAF is open
across multiple categories, including
General Members (PSPs and
agencies), Associate Members (OEMs,
vendors, and channel partners),
Enterprise Members (brand owners
and corporations), and Technical
Members.
DIGAF represents a bold step
towards shaping the future of digital
print in India and beyond. By building
bridges across segments and creating
a structured platform for dialogue,
innovation, and growth, the Forum
promises to play a pivotal role in
accelerating the digital transformation
of print.
