Provin Technos has announced the addition of the Spande product line, manufactured by
Shanghai Spande Intelligent Equipment, to its portfolio. The agreement was finalized just
before Drupa 2024. Spande is known for offering high-end intelligent printing solutions for
the label and print-on-demand (POD) industries.
Established in 2010, Spande is a high-tech enterprise specializing in intelligent printing and
packaging equipment, with capabilities ranging from research and development to
manufacturing, sales, and services. The company is focused on delivering advanced printing
solutions for the label and POD sectors, backed by its four dedicated R&D teams, which
focus on digital inkjet product development, industrial equipment manufacturing, intelligent
factory systems, and visual inspection technologies. Spande holds 15 invention patents, 50
utility model patents, 30 design patents, and 100 software copyrights. Additionally, it is the
exclusive strategic partner of Siemens in China’s printing industry and holds both German
TüV and ISO9001 certifications.
Spande offers a range of flexo and inkjet digital presses. Its inkjet web press comes with a
web width of 660 mm and 440 mm, and substrate handling capabilities of 50 to 250 gsm,
with a print resolution of 1200x1200 dpi and speeds up to 100 m/min at 1200x600 dpi.
Designed for print runs of 10 to 15 million pages per month, the press uses eco-friendly,
water-based inks that provide high saturation and durability.
The press features advanced technologies, including Spande’s proprietary print head
positioning and nozzle splicing, which ensure seamless printing between nozzles and
enhance overall print quality. Equipped with Epson i3200 (8) A1HD nozzles, along with
various ink-adding systems and online maintenance capabilities, the press offers high
reliability, stable operation, and consistently excellent print quality. These attributes make
Spande one of the leading inkjet presses in its segment, recognized for its quality, reliability,
and commercial viability. Provin Technos will also represent Spande for its Flexo Printing machines: the AC Series,
700 & 800 mm web width Flexo printing and converting line; S-7 Series, Fully automated
Flexo press with web width of 370/450/520 mm and S-5 Series: Automated Flexo press with
web width of 370/450 mm.
