The installation of the first ArrowJet Aqua 800M at Neha Converters in Ahmedabad
represents a significant milestone for both Arrow Digital Pvt. Ltd. and Neha Converters. This
advancement brings state-of-the-art technology into the domain of wide-width, single-pass

step forward in innovation, enhancing the capabilities and sustainability of flexible packaging
solutions.
Commenting on installation, R.K. Yadav, CEO, Neha Converters said, "We’ve been
searching for a solution that could handle wider formats without compromising on quality and
precision, especially for short and medium runs. The ArrowJet Aqua 800M’s 25-inch-wide
web printing capability has opened new avenues for us, enabling us to meet a broader range
of packaging requirements with remarkable efficiency. Additionally, the Aqua 800M’s 1600 x
1600 dpi resolution allows us to deliver unmatched clarity, even on intricate designs. Plus,
the modular design and dual-carriage setup gives us flexibility in the kind of jobs we can take
on."
Sam Patel, CEO and MD of Arrow Digital, remarked, “The installation of the ArrowJet Aqua
800M at Neha Converters is a monumental step for both our companies. At Arrow Digital,
our focus has always been on empowering clients with top-of-the-line technology, and the
ArrowJet Aqua 800M is a true game changer. With its 25.39 inches (645mm) print width and
a speed of up to 195 ft/min (60m/min), it’s exactly what’s needed to scale operations and
tackle even more ambitious projects."
Yadav shared Neha Converters' future plans with enthusiasm, highlighting the company’s
excitement over the Aqua 800M's combination of speed and precision. He explained that
their goal is to expand market presence by offering more customized, short-run jobs without
minimum order requirements—a capability that this advanced technology fully supports.
Sam Patel echoed this excitement, emphasizing that Neha Converters is on an exciting
growth path. He praised the durability and colour vibrancy provided by MemJet’s DuraFlex
water-based pigment inks, which will ensure long-lasting designs, even for high-end
applications.
The Aqua 800M, with its modular design, is also well-suited for printing wallpapers and wall
graphics with remarkable precision and ease. The modular nature of the machine allows for
customization, with options to add features like inline varnish, primer, rotary slitter, and
lamination.
“We are excited about the journey ahead, and this is only the beginning of a long and
successful partnership, as we have seen over the last two years the product road map and
R&D Arrow is investing in. We are confident we will be adding several new cutting-edge
products from Arrow very soon" added Yadav. |
