Kurukshetra, Haryana-based Crazy Offset has recently expanded its fleet with the addition of
the PixelGlow Radiant Pro, India’s first digital UV and foiling system for print enhancements
from Monotech Systems Limited. This new addition brings advanced capabilities in digital
embellishment and production efficiency, further enhancing Crazy Offset’s offerings in highquality
print solutions.
Vijyant Kumar Bindal, Proprietor of Crazy Offset Printers remarks, “When it comes to
embellishing graphics of our custom-printed items, we were in need of an advanced digital
system. When we searched for the same it was the PixelGlow that clicked all our boxes.”
Vijyant explained that their core focus is on customizing products to meet their customers'
unique demands and preferences. In this regard, the PixelGlow machine plays a crucial role
in creating impressive, bespoke items that stand out in the market and help them stay ahead
of competitors. “We specifically chose this machine for its cost-effectiveness and to add high
impact effects and textures to graphic prints,” he noted, adding that this "Made in India"
solution from Monotech Systems matches the performance of much more expensive
imported systems.
PixelGlow is compatible with substrates larger than A3 size (up to B3 size/ 355x508 mm)
from 170gsm up to 500gsm with thickness up to 500microns (0.5mm). In this, varnish
thickness for the materials is up to 240 microns with special varnish ink.
Established in 1991, Crazy Offset Printers upgraded to offset presses, and currently two
Ricoh digital production presses with print enhancement systems like PixelGlow for printing
& production of bespoke items such as fancy wedding cards and others. Vijyant is joined by
