C5400S and Pro C5410S digital color sheet-fed presses. Designed to deliver professionalgrade print quality in a compact, versatile format, the new Pro C5400S Series helps

Building on the proven strengths of the Pro C5300S/5310S series, the new models bring
substantial advancements in performance and usability. Key improvements include a
dramatic reduction in warm-up time, from 120 seconds down to just 26 seconds for the Pro
C5410S and 30 seconds for the Pro C5400S, along with faster scanning speeds and a
more responsive 10.1-inch capacitive Smart Operation Panel.
One of the most innovative features is an industry-first, staple-less binding option for the
SR5130 and SR5140 finishers. This eco-friendly system uses water to moisten and press
pages together, binding up to 16 sheets (80 gsm) without staples. It not only enhances
safety and recyclability but also reduces waste.
The RICOH Pro C5400S Series supports print speeds of up to 80 ppm and offers impressive
media flexibility. It handles a wide range of substrates, including coated, synthetic, and
specialty media, up to 360 gsm, making it ideal for promotional applications and short-run,
