Monotech Systems Limited will showcase its portfolio of digital label printing, embellishment,
variable data printing and finishing solutions at LOUPE India 2026, highlighting technologies
designed to meet the evolving requirements of label converters, printers and brands.
A key attraction will be KolorSmart+, a UV inkjet label production press offering speeds of up
to 50 m/min. Designed for both short and long runs, the system supports quick job
changeovers, versioning, variable data and security printing. Its Pre-Inkjet Flexo Station
enables priming, coating or single-colour printing, while support for up to six colours,
including white, CMYK and special colours, offers application flexibility.
The company will also present dSpark, its digital embellishment solution for premium labels,
enabling textured varnish, embossed effects and cold foiling. These capabilities allow
converters to create differentiated, value-added labels for brand and packaging applications.
For variable data, personalisation, traceability and security printing, Monotech will highlight
its Tracesci solutions, supporting 1D/2D barcodes, QR codes and unique variable
information. The Tracesci Hyperloop slitting and rewinding system, designed for digital
finishing workflows, offers automated slitting, dual rewinding and digitally controlled blade
positioning, with speeds of up to 200 m/min, depending on the substrate.
