Konica Minolta Business Solutions India - Stand K47

Konica Minolta will display two digital label presses, the AccurioLabel 230 and AccurioLabel 400, alongside AccurioPro Flux, a workflow application designed to automate print processes. The company’s exhibition announcement focuses on shorter production runs, faster time-to-market, personalisation and the ability to create higher-value label applications.

The AccurioLabel 230 is positioned as a digital label press for converters seeking good image quality, operational simplicity and cost-efficient production. It is particularly relevant to short- and medium-run work, where changing jobs frequently and reducing prepress preparation can improve overall productivity.

The AccurioLabel 400 extends the range with white toner capability, opening up applications on transparent, metallic, coloured and textured substrates. White can be used as an underprint or as a design element, enabling more effective colour reproduction and visual impact on clear films and other challenging materials.

AccurioPro Flux provides the workflow component of Konica Minolta’s display. Its role is to automate print processes and support efficient job handling. Workflow integration becomes especially important when a converter manages multiple jobs, repeat orders, different versions and frequent changes in artwork.

Manish Gupta, Head – Product Lifecycle Management & Planning Division, Konica Minolta Business Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., says: “Digital Printing complements the current print processes of the customers by enabling them to cater to short-run requirements and faster delivery of the labels. We believe the future of digital label printing lies in enabling innovation, reducing production complexity, and creating new revenue streams. By combining productivity, application versatility, and advanced print capabilities, Konica Minolta is empowering businesses to differentiate their offerings, respond to evolving customer expectations, and build more profitable, future-ready operations.”
