Gallus and HEIDELBERG will present an integrated portfolio of label-production
technologies at LOUPE India 2026, combining press technology with consumables,
software, service and application support. A key highlight will be the Indian debut of the
Gallus Screeny Printing Unit, a compact screen-printing module introduced in 2025.
Designed for integration with different press platforms, the module enables converters to
produce high-opacity colours and fine details at speeds of up to 120 m/min. Its retrofit
capability also offers an option for printers seeking to extend the application range of existing
equipment without replacing an entire press.
Alongside the Screeny unit, the companies will highlight solutions spanning conventional,
hybrid and digital printing, supported by workflow software, consumables, service and
training. The focus is on helping converters optimise the entire production environment
rather than evaluating press performance in isolation.
Samir Patkar, President of HEIDELBERG India, points to the growing need for integrated
support across technologies, consumables, software and applications. Uwe Boerner, Chief
Sales Officer of Gallus, highlights the opportunities in the Indian market, where investment
decisions must also reflect the need for cost-effective production. |
