PSI, Europe’s leading trade show for the promotional products industry, will move to
Cologne from 2027 following the signing of agreements between organiser RX Deutschland
and Koelncongress GmbH for hosting the event at the Koelnmesse exhibition grounds.
The first PSI in Cologne is scheduled for 12–14 January 2027, marking the beginning of a
new chapter for the event after more than six decades in Düsseldorf. The relocation is aimed
at strengthening PSI’s international profile while providing improved conditions for exhibitors
and visitors.
RX Deutschland Managing Director Michael Köhler said the partnership with Koelnmesse
would help create a strong long-term platform for the promotional products industry and
continue PSI’s success story.
Koelncongress Managing Director Ralf Nüsser welcomed the move, describing PSI as a
valuable addition to Cologne’s trade-fair portfolio and a natural fit with the city’s profile as a
media, communications, and creative hub.
PSI brings together distributors, decorators, agencies, manufacturers, and importers from
across the international promotional products sector. The move, combined with the new mid-
January dates, is expected to further enhance the event’s appeal and accessibility for the
global industry.
