LOUPE South China 2026 expands by 50% as registration opens

LOUPE South China 2026, formerly known as Labelexpo South China, has opened visitor registration for its upcoming edition, scheduled for 2–4 December 2026 at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center in China. The event will make its debut under the LOUPE brand as part of the newly expanded LOUPE Global portfolio.

The 2026 edition will be the largest in the event’s history, occupying two exhibition halls and approximately 30,000 square metres of floorspace, representing a 50% increase over the 2024 edition. More than 250 exhibitors are expected to participate, reflecting the growing convergence of label printing with flexible packaging and folding carton production.

The exhibition will cover technologies for labels, shrink sleeves, pouches and inline carton converting. Exhibits will include narrow- and mid-web flexographic presses, hybrid digital printing systems, digital embellishment, solventless lamination, mono-material pouch production and integrated carton converting solutions.

According to Kevin Liu, China Group Director, LOUPE Global, the expanded show reflects converters’ increasing focus on shorter runs, sustainability and production flexibility. Live demonstrations of integrated workflows will form an important part of the exhibition.

The event will also feature an enhanced programme of education and networking. Highlights include the 2026 Label Forum, organised by the Packaging Printing and Label Association of the China Packaging Federation, covering digital transformation, sustainable packaging and the evolving role of labels in connected supply chains.

Visitors can also attend a RAIN RFID encoding masterclass, a specialist materials masterclass and follow the Smart Label Trail, showcasing technologies and applications across the exhibition.

LOUPE Global Managing Director Jade Grace said South China’s combination of manufacturing scale, rapid technology adoption and proximity to major consumer markets makes it a strategically important region for the labels and package printing industry.

With its larger footprint, expanded technology portfolio and stronger educational programme, LOUPE South China 2026 is positioned as an important meeting point for converters, technology suppliers and packaging professionals seeking new applications, production efficiencies and business opportunities.
