Mumbai based Hira Prints & Stationers has installed Epson SureColor SC T5430M at its
Bandra East facility, a first in the region.
This multifunctional machine, offering the combined functionalities of printing, copying, and
scanning, stands out as a sleek and high-speed production printer suitable for a diverse
array of applications. Its versatility spans across various uses, encompassing CAD, GIS
POP applications, photography production, and signage applications.
The company expects to cater to the increasing production demands of various segments
including CAD, GIS, Banner, POP, and MAPS with this one installation.
Before settling on the Epson SC T5430M, various competitive machines were considered.
However, Epson emerged as the clear winner due to its superior features, enhanced
productivity, and impeccable quality.
Manish Suresh Chavan, Director, Hira Prints & Stationers, highlighted, "In our search for the

impressive 1600 ml per ink cartridge capacity were standout advantages. Moreover, its

Established in 1980 by Manish's grandfather, Hira Prints & Stationers had humble
beginnings with just a photocopying machine. Presently, the company has evolved
significantly, boasting both a Digital Press and an Offset Press to fulfill the diverse needs of its clientele.
"We boast a comprehensive setup for commercial printing encompassing both Digital and
Offset facilities, including packaging services," Manish explains. "Our clientele spans a wide
spectrum, ranging from Architects, Interior Designers, and the Garment Segment to
Advertising Agencies, Freelancers, Corporates, Government Entities such as Mhada, PWD,
Collector Office, Students, Packaging Industry, Pharma, FMCG, Electronics, D2C, and Ecommerce.
Additionally, we've expanded our services to include Signage for events."
The arsenal of equipment at Hira Prints & Stationers is extensive. For Digital short runs and
Variable Data Printing, they rely on the Canon C650 Press, complemented by various other
machines tailored for short-run jobs. Their array of Binding and Post-finishing machines
includes lamination, foiling, and diverse shapes cutting capabilities. Among their key
equipment are the HP DesignJet D5800, HP DesignJet T2500, and the Roland RA-640 used
for Canvas, Flex, Backlit, and Vinyl creations catering specifically to the Signage Industry.
In catering to the commercial and packaging sectors, they utilize the Heidelberg SM72,
Heidelberg SM 102V, and Heidelberg 2-color machines. Furthermore, their Post-printing
setup comprises equipment for drip-off, side pasting, foiling, punching, and high-capacity
machines designed to handle large offset volumes.
The machine has been supplied and installed by Zest Solutions, Mumbai, an authorised
partner of Epson.
