This new offering combines the proven digital print engine, Konica Minolta’s AccurioLabel 230, with Mark Andy's Flexo Pro print stations, offering enhanced flexibility and customization options for label printing.
The Digital Pro Plus utilizes Konica Minolta’s AccurioLabel 230 digital print engine, known for its cost-effectiveness and versatility in handling short runs across various substrates. Operating at a speed of 23 meters per minute and delivering prints at a resolution of 1200 x 2400 dpi, this system is ideal for high-quality, on-demand label production.
What sets the Digital Pro Plus apart is its integration onto a flexo press chassis, leveraging Mark Andy's Flexo Pro print stations. This unique configuration allows for more flexo stations than before, enabling customers to tailor the press according to their specific needs. With flexo stations positioned before and after the digital unit, users have the flexibility to incorporate additional add-ons such as turn bars, cold foil, lamination, and more.
