ColorJet launches Fabjet Pro at ITMA Asia

ColorJet India Limited has launched its latest innovation in textile printing, the Iconic FabJet Pro. This advanced digital textile printer boasts an impressive production capacity of up to 13,000 square meters daily and is designed for large-format, high-volume fabric printing, emphasizing color richness and efficiency.

The FabJet Pro excels in ultra-wide format direct-to-fabric printing, accommodating widths up to 3.2 meters, and delivering high productivity without sacrificing precision or print quality. Equipped with 32 Kyocera or 48 Konica Minolta print heads and a sticky belt system, it ensures unparalleled accuracy and clarity with every print.

Available in configurations offering up to 8 color options, the FabJet Pro achieves print speeds of up to 654 square meters per hour, allowing for fast turnarounds on ultra-wide applications. Its versatility makes it ideal for producing large textiles such as bed sheets, curtains, and other home furnishings. The printer delivers vibrant, high-definition prints on a variety of materials including cotton, viscose, silk, and wool, making it particularly suited for the customized home furnishing textile segment, such as curtains, bed covers, and sofa covers.

The FabJet Pro’s innovative Sticky Belt Technology provides a strong grip on low GSM fabrics, expanding its range of fabric applications. Additionally, the printer is designed with sustainability in mind, minimizing water and energy consumption, thus supporting ecofriendly textile production.
