SOMA expands global presence with launch of SOMA India

In a strategic move to strengthen its global footprint, SOMA has announced the launch of SOMA India Marketing Services Pvt Ltd, underscoring its commitment to the rapidly evolving Indian packaging industry.

With the country’s packaging sector witnessing unprecedented growth and transformation, SOMA India will serve as a vital partner for local converters seeking advanced, efficient, and high-performance flexographic printing solutions. The new branch will provide direct access to SOMA’s latest technologies, expert technical support, and customized services designed specifically for the South Asian market.

At the helm of SOMA India is Suhas Kulkarni, an accomplished sales and operations leader with extensive experience across Asia. As Country Head, he will oversee operations in three South Asian countries, driving profitability, operational excellence, and alignment with SOMA’s global vision of growth and innovation.

Suhas brings a wealth of expertise from his previous role as Managing Director of Technology at DKSH, where he successfully managed diverse business lines spanning data center solutions, scientific instruments, and printing & packaging. His strategic insight and deep understanding of the Indian market will be instrumental in establishing SOMA India as a trusted industry partner.
