Xanté has expanded its UV printing portfolio with the introduction of the XR126, a powerful
roll-to-roll industrial UV printer designed to deliver grand-format productivity, superior colour
accuracy, and seamless workflow integration.
Engineered to bring the same performance and reliability of Xanté’s renowned UV flatbed
printers into a flexible 10-foot roll-to-roll platform, the XR126 combines industrial-grade
hardware, advanced ink technology, and intelligent automation. It features up to four Epson
i3200 printheads, Xanté’s proprietary HDUV inks, and the Adobe PostScript iQueue
Workflow.
Built to meet the diverse demands of professional sign printers, the XR126 can
accommodate media up to 126 inches (3.2 meters) wide, enabling the production of large
banners, wall graphics, soft signage, and other wide-format applications with exceptional
quality. Adding to its productivity, the system supports multi-roll operation, allowing users to
load up to three rolls simultaneously and even print on two rolls in parallel.
At the heart of the XR126 is Xanté’s iQueue Workflow, an end-to-end Adobe PostScript
system that delivers intelligent automation. From spot color matching, job costing, and
nesting to paneling, white ink control, and custom presets, iQueue provides a streamlined
and user-friendly experience that optimizes the entire production workflow.
What sets the XR126 apart is its ability to unify flatbed and roll-to-roll printing operations. By
standardizing on Epson i3200 printheads, HDUV inks, and the iQueue workflow, print shops
can now switch between flat rigid and flexible roll media. This integrated ecosystem not only
reduces consumable variations but also ensures consistent color standards and smoother
job transitions. The Printer will be available from December 1, 2025
