Fiery set to acquire Inèdit Software, strengthening its leadership in specialty and textile Printing

In a move that signals its deeper commitment to the fast-growing digital textile and specialty printing markets, Fiery, LLC has announced an agreement with EFI Reggiani to acquire Inèdit Software, the renowned Spain-based developer of advanced digital textile printing

technologies. The acquisition, once completed, will significantly expand Fiery’s software capabilities and create one of the industry’s most comprehensive portfolios for specialty print workflows.

For years, Inèdit has been recognised as a leader in digital textile production, with solutions such as neoStampa, one of the industry’s most accurate color management systems for textiles, and neoTextil, a powerful suite of design and workflow tools. These solutions support applications across fashion and apparel, home décor, soft signage, and direct-to-film (DTF) printing, making Inèdit an essential technology provider for textile print innovators worldwide.

Toby Weiss, CEO, Fiery said, “From day one, Fiery’s vision has been to empower print providers to deliver exactly what their customers imagine. Inèdit’s software has always impressed us, particularly in textile print segments like direct-to-fabric and dye sublimation. With this acquisition, Fiery can now expand its industry-leading print software solutions portfolio into a wider range of applications – making Fiery a true one-stop-shop for all digital production print providers.”

By integrating Inèdit’s technology with its own Fiery Digital Factory ecosystem, Fiery aims to offer customers a seamless, end-to-end software suite that delivers enhanced colour accuracy, efficient job management, and superior RIP and imaging performance. This combined strength positions Fiery to better serve both established specialty printers and new entrants looking to expand their digital textile capabilities.

The acquisition is expected to close in 2025, following regulatory approval. Importantly, Fiery plans to retain Inèdit’s brand identity, product independence, and existing partner and customer networks. Rather than merging or replacing the Inèdit portfolio, Fiery will focus on enriching future versions with its own expertise in colour science, workflow automation, and device integration.

With this strategic move, Fiery is poised to accelerate innovation in specialty and textile printing, bringing more powerful, more connected, and more colour-accurate solutions to customers around the world.
